WOMEN 40+_Self Care for Women over 40

At some point, we have all struggled to create more balance in our lives whether it be through finding more energy, getting adequate rest, developing healthier eating habits, increasing our activity, or adopting a positive mindset.

This short-term group (8 weeks) explores how middle-aged women struggle with finding balance and identifies strategies for self-care, that promote a healthy, mind, body, and spirit.

Meeting Day: Every other Saturday
Meeting Time: 11:00 am -12:00 noon
