Zion Church is a movement, helping people become committed followers of Christ by helping people EXPERIENCE God, ENGAGE in connections, be EQUIPPED through training, and EMPOWERED to serve.
Each year, starting in 2018, Zion Church helps to award five (5) $1,000 scholarships from the Theresa Smith-Cobb Scholarship Fund to graduating high school seniors or current college students who are Zion Church members/regular attendees. It is our hope that as we sow into the youth, the harvest will be young people committed to the passionate pursuit of their purpose while living for Christ

Eligibility:
- Graduating High School Senior
- Current College Student
Criteria:
- Admitted to a two-year, four-year, or trade/vocational institution
- Scholarship recipients must provide proof of enrollment
- If currently attending a two-year, four-year, or trade/vocational institution must be in good standing
- Cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher
- Demonstrated commitment to community service
- Availability for the Awards Presentation at a Zion service on a Sunday
