We are excited to partner with you and your family for our 2nd year of The Unplugged Family Retreat! We're "Unplugging" from the day-to-day, and we're "On The Case" to find ways to grow emotionally, relationally, and spiritually as a family and community.
It's for all parents and all kids. All large families, tiny families, single-parent families, blended families, and extended families. All struggling, imperfect families. God's family. Your family.
This year, our retreat will help you create space for your family to enjoy intentional time together in the mountains without the hassle of finding unique and exciting things to do on your own. There will be some returning activities but a few new family-oriented activities that facilitate bonding and fun.
It is a 4-day, 3-night stay that includes all lodging, meals, activities, and fun for the entire family. Transportation is available at an additional cost, or you can make your own travel arrangements. Additionally, we will host several information sessions. Dates will be announced soon. Stay tuned!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
New this year is an easy-to-understand price structure! The registration fee per person includes the deposit, the cost of your entire stay (9 meals, lodging, all activities, access to Rocky Gap, and all the amenities on the 150 acres of nature at River Mountain), and tax. Your $25 per person non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total cost. Space is limited; first come, first served.
Cost Per Person:
- Ages 4-11: $220 per person
- Ages 12 & Up: $260 per person
- Children 3 and under are free
Early Registration:
- Ends May 21st
- $15 off per person
Deadlines:
- Registration ends when all 100 spaces are taken or on July 9th (whichever happens first).
- All balances must be paid by July 9th.
