EQUIP's Spring semester registration is now open! Basic Training is an 8-course sequence of experience-based classes designed to help you measure and improve your level of spiritual fitness. We believe a Christ follower is healthiest when they experience God, engage in connections, are equipped for ministry and empowered to serve. The Spring semester (Spring 2024) of Basic Training includes the 4 courses above, all designed to help you become better equipped for ministry and empowered to serve: Dates for scheduling purposes (all Wednesdays from 630-8PM): Orientation:  Feb. 21st Course 1 (Big Picture of Scripture):   Feb. 28th, March 6th & 13th Course 2 (Our Bible's Basic Beliefs):  March 20th, 27th & April 3rd Course 3 (The Family Business):  April 10th, 17th & May 1st Course 4 (Crucial Communication): May 8th, 15th & 22nd Final Presentations: May 29th

At some point, we have all struggled to create more balance in our lives whether it be through finding more energy, getting adequate rest, developing healthier eating habits, increasing our activity, or adopting a positive mindset. This short-term group (8 weeks) explores how middle-aged women struggle with finding balance and identifies strategies for self-care, that promote a healthy, mind, body, and spirit. Meeting Day: Every other Saturday Meeting Time: 11:00 am -12:00 noon

The "God Girlfriends" (GGs) Life Group, brings together woman ages 30 +, in Southern Prince Georges County who want to grow closer to God, and learn to love themselves just as God made us, all thru studying God's word. A group of married and single men from their 30s to 60s who are learning from the Word of God together via books, videos, etc, on how to live a purposeful life, and having fun while doing it! This group is currently meeting online via Zoom. MEETING TIME: 7:30 - 9:30 MEETING DAY: 1st & 3rd Monday

MEETING TIME: 7:15pm - 8:30pm MEETING DAY: every 4th Wednesday LEADER: Jackie L. DESCRIPTION: Women of all ages reading the Bible daily with a monthly virtual meeting. We use the YouVersion app to make daily comments that are shared among the group. *Must have a webcam or forward-facing camera to participate*
